What time zone is used for the session times listed?US Pacific Daylight Time, the time zone in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA, is used for the times listed on the Schedule.
Convert to your local time.What if I cannot attend a session live while in Las Vegas? All plenary sessions and select concurrent sessions will be live-streamed. Live-streamed sessions will be recorded (subject to speaker approval) and available for On-Demand access. The live session recordings will be available by early September through December. Check the
conference program for sessions that will be live-streamed.
Will the educational content be available in English only?In-person sessions will be delivered in English. Select session recordings will be translated into English, French and Simplified Chinese; real-time translation will not be available but English captions will be enabled. The listing of translated sessions will be made available after the conference.
How do I receive continuing education credit for my attendance?All in-person, on-demand and session recordings will include an evaluation link that must be completed. Once you have completed your evaluation, you will be able to see any CERPs, NCPD or CME you have earned. These hours will also be stored in your transcript in the
ILCA Knowledge Center under the Dashboard section.
Will all presentations at the in-person conference be live?ILCA’s priority is to guarantee you have access to the wealth of knowledge and expertise from thought leaders around the world. That’s why we are harnessing the power of technology to ensure that speakers who are unable to travel – whether it’s physical, geographical, or personal limitations – can still share their presentations at the ILCA 2023 Annual Conference. Three sessions will be delivered virtually.
I am registered. How do I access information for the program?As an in-person registrant, you should have received an email prior to arriving onsite, containing login credentials for the ICLA Conference website. You will need to use those credentials to log in to the Conference website. Registered participants can click on the "login" button in the upper right corner of the Conference website to log in to the event. If you did not receive an email with your credentials, please stop by the Registration Desk.
Will I have access to session content after the event?Yes, all attendees who join us in Las Vegas will have access to the session recordings for playback once they’re posted in early September through November 17, 2023.
What ADA accommodations will be made?ILCA complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act and is committed to providing a positive experience for all our attendees. If you have special requirements due to disability and did not indicate your requests during the registration process, please contact
registration@ilca.org.
Does ILCA offer a gender-neutral bathroom at the conference?Yes! ILCA has identified a bathroom nearest the pool that will be gender-neutral for the duration of the event. A map to where this is within the hotel is below:
Does ILCA offer a place to nurse or spend time with family?Yes! IlCA has a designated family room on the ground level. The room is named ‘Estate Boardroom’ and is available during the following days and times:
- Sunday, 13 August | 11:00 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.
- Monday, 14 August | 7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- Tuesday, 15 August | 8:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
Is there a designated space that can be used as a space for prayer?Yes! IlCA has a designated an open space on the ground level. The room is named ‘Lago’ and is available during the following days and times:
- Sunday, 13 August | 11:00 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.
- Monday, 14 August | 7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- Tuesday, 15 August | 8:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
Is ILCA able to accommodate my dietary needs? If your dietary needs were included in your registration, we’ve done our best to accommodate all dietary needs/ preferences. If you have questions about an item offered, please ask a server and they can assist you. If you’ve been contacted and ordered a kosher meal in advance, please identify yourself to a server and they’ll be able to assist you.
I did not get the ILCA discounted hotel room rate when booking my room. How do I fix this? Please see the front desk before checking out and let them know you did not receive the discounted rate for ILCA. The front desk will be able to make any adjustments you need to your bill.
Can I engage with the larger ILCA community via social media?Absolutely! We encourage you to post on your personal social media channels and share your onsite experience. Be sure to use #ILCA2023 when posting to social media.
