The health and safety of the ILCA 2023 Annual Conference attendees, speakers, exhibitors, and staff remains our top priority. ILCA is actively monitoring health and safety guidelines and planning an event that adheres to the latest guidance for masks, physical distancing, and related protocols defined by the CDC, the Nevada State Department of Health, and local health authorities.
We encourage you to participate in the ILCA 2023 Annual Conference in a way that feels safest to you while onsite in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA. We ask all attendees to respect the choices of their colleagues to mask and/or socially distance throughout the meetings. Masks will be available by request at the ILCA Annual Conference Registration Desk. Attendees should stay home if experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms, and self-testing is encouraged. People with COVID-19 can have a wide range of symptoms, which can be found on the CDC website.
As of 12:01 am EDT on May 12, 2023, noncitizen nonimmigrant air passengers will no longer need to show proof of being fully vaccinated with an accepted COVID-19 vaccine to board a flight to the United States. See here for more information.
You can choose to participate in the meetings virtually via the Digital Experience, even if you are in Las Vegas.
